Where real conversations begin
For over 30 years, I sat in countless meeting rooms, boardrooms, and offices, without fully realising how many of us were being silently worn down by the constant pressure to perform. Until it happened to me and I burned out.
To truly support leaders and professionals in breaking free from the relentless cycle of stress and overachievement, we need to engage in a different kind of conversation: one that doesn’t happen in the usual corporate environment. In the workplace, I meet the executive persona: skilled, composed, and protected by well-honed strategies. But the person behind the role, the one carrying the burden, often remains hidden.
That’s why my coaching takes place around the kitchen table, in a quiet house in the countryside. Here, we speak person to person; no titles, no roles, no performance. Just two people in honest conversation. In this environment, the pressure to maintain appearances fades, and space opens up for meaningful reflection. We look at what’s been overlooked: the beliefs, patterns, and inner narratives that may be holding you back both professionally and personally.
There was a time when families resolved their most important issues around the kitchen table. It was the heart of connection, clarity, and renewal. I believe it still can be.
If you book an in-person coaching session or a training weekend, we’ll also spend time in nature, the true healer. Nature provides an essential counterbalance to the demands of modern leadership. There, you can begin to reconnect, with yourself, your values and what truly matters. Then light can return to your heart and to your work.
