But for a long time, I didn’t believe that. I thought it came with the territory.

When running faster didn’t fix things.

I neglected relationships.

I neglected myself.

I stopped doing things that made me happy.

Each day felt heavier.

And then the fear started.

Dread at the thought of the next day or even the next meeting

Fear of failing.

Fear of losing my job.

Scared and running on empty while life was passing me by.

But Leadership without burnout is possible.
