Many life experiences have made me “who I am“ a few have made me “why I am”.
In 2017 I lost all my possessions in a fire and then later that year my husband through illness. Both, in their different ways, shook my definition of a Life lived.
People in large Corporates often become different people in “Life“. Their role becomes their identity. My identity was who I was at work, but even that identity wasn’t really mine. It was borrowed, I had spent my life aspiring to be like my father; a serious, wise and successful leader.
In 2018 my life changed. I continued to strive to be a better business leader but a new identity emerged. One which was happy. I discovered my inner happiness, my inner joy and a new zest for life. It is in this place that we are truly alive.
And it is in these experiences that I found my purpose.
My life has prepared me for a different kind of leadership.
I lead people to their inner joy and strength. Where they can live a happy life, find peace and stillness, and experience new joy in their job. Guiding people out of the prison of their mind, where their thoughts keep them in a hamster wheel, constantly reliving their learned patterns as if on autopilot.
This I know really well and know how difficult it is to free yourself. I didn’t do it alone.
Over the years I have worked through many difficulties and challenges. Living, and bit by bit, changing, my life. Freeing myself from inner conflict and my trapped emotional world. Removing the prison bars in my head and gradually breaking down the mental wall I had constructed around me.
These experiences have become my tools.
Let me help you free yourself
